The inspection reports provide clear documentation with appropriate photographs of existing problems. We typically provide estimates of repair and/or replacement costs with estimates of life expectancy.

TESTING:

Our testing can take the place of simple field-testing such as roof cuts to sophisticated infrared or radioisotopic testing to discover moisture in existing roofing.

SPECIFICATIONS & BID DOCUMENTS:

From repairs to total roof replacement we can provide complete specifications, construction details as well as bid and contract documents.

BUDGETS & COST ANYLSIS:

We can provide budgets for future work. These coupled with life expectancies can allow for long term planning and proactive budgeting.
